Responsibilities:

1. Solving distribution problem and incident for shipment from Depot to site.

2. Management of Depot Inventory

3. Solving Problem and incident occurred in depots.

4. Distribution Summary/Distribution Study Details / Depot Project Instructions(DPI) ‘s review and approve.

5. Coordinating and hosting T/C between Supply Chain and depots regarding the issues of storage, inventory, logistics, IRT, labelling timeline and other issues to ensure the operation of each depot is performed as required.

6. Inventory Release into IRT and the UAT for the IRT.

7. Following depots for cargo receiving and labelling/packaging process.

8. Other assigned tasks.

Requirements:

1. 3-4 years progressive experience in Logistics of Supply Chain preferably within the biotech, pharmaceutical, CRO, and industry.

2. Having experiences working as PM in depot or as the role of Depot Management in pharma is the preferred.

3. Understands comprehensive global pharmaceutical regulatory requirements is the preferred.

4. Has a working knowledge of clinical supply import/export regulation/policy, and clinical supply best practices, IRT systems as well as experience working within a cGMP environment.

5. Master in monitoring the temperature-controlled Shipments.

6. Understood how to deal with the incidents during the transportation.

7. Having a clear sense of documentation maintenance for all document.

8. Good command of English in writing, reading and speaking.

9. Bachelor’s degree

10. Good communication and positive attitude. Strong ability in learning new knowledges and solving problems.
