职位描述
Purpose:
To grow new sales and maximise subscription renewals by increasing market penetration, visibility and by strengthening relationships amongst designated accounts. This will require a focus on high-level negotiation, strong presentation and “face-to-face” selling skills and effective relationship building skills.
Responsibilities:
· Build effective relationships with key stakeholders in strategic and designated accounts with the purpose of expanding the profile, hence achievement of territory growth target
· Maintain weekly pipeline report for tracking all sales leads
· Follow up pipeline to ensure effect closure rate of leads, hence achievement of new sales target
· Prospect territory on an ongoing basis to develop leads from new and existing clients
· Structure and prepare sales proposals and presentations
· Organize and participate in client presentations and customer requests for information
· Provide monthly sales report on major sales, competitive intelligence and sales initiatives for the following month
· Achieve any other sales target set by Senior Sales Manager throughout the year
Skills & Knowledge:
· Sales experience in corporate travel is a plus. (3~ years)
· Good command of written and spoken English.
· Communication & inter-personal skills.
· Able to work under pressure.
· Initiative to take up responsibility.
· Self-motivated & result-oriented.
· Strong planning ability and customer relationship management.
· Aggressively create new business accounts.
· Excellent knowledge in MS Word/ Excel/ Powerpoint
· Strong negotiation skills
· Good analytical skills
· Demonstrated performance against sales objectives
