Main Tasks 岗位职责
Arrange all delivery according to customers expectation;根据客户预测及订单需求安排发货;
Manage business order and sales price in ERP system; 维护ERP系统订单及产品价格;
Coordinate production planning in advance to secure order delivery; 为了保证订单的及时交付,提前协调生产计划
Lead trading parts operations;负责贸易件产品的工作;
l Collect forecast information from customer; 及时了解客户预测信息;
l Master customer requirement and finish delivery work, including but not limited to maintain customer’s website/system;根据客户的相关要求完成订单交付工作,包括但不限于维护客户的订单网站/系统
l Collect and manage order files \price files in ERP system; 维护ERP系统订单及产品价格;
l Collect and transfer customer forecast and put into M3 in time, and tracking historical trend in order to analyze business trend internally; 收集客户预测并及时准确的转入内部ERP系统,跟踪历史发货记录以帮助内部分析此客户业务趋势;
l Communication with customer and confirm the delivery time; 与客户及时沟通以确认产品交付时间;
l Arrange logistic to deliver the products according to order time; 协调安排物流配送以保证准时交付;
l Follow the shipment and ensure that they can arrive without delay; 跟踪物流情况以确保货物不出现延误;
l Control VMI stock and freight effectively; 管理客户外库库存,确保运费有效性;
l Finish invoice job of customer according to requirement; 负责客户发货的后续开票工作;
l Follow up customers’ payment and deal with payment overdue with KAM’s guide; 跟踪客户的付款情况,与大客户经理合作处理客户的延迟付款;
l Coordinate to solve the problem if there is customer complaint or claim in terms of delivery; 协调并解决由于发货/物流原因造成的客户投诉;
l Contact with customer through the excellent communication skills and customer oriented attitude, be coordinator between BFC and customer; 作为公司与客户的协调员,通过良好的沟通技巧与客户建立良好的信任;
l Improve the service to ensure quick and efficient response to customer; 提升服务以实现高效快速的对客相应;
l Finish filling Sales data to MRP correctly. 准确的填报ERP系统中的客户/销售相关数据;
l Finish Sales report(flash report and Cognos report); 完成销售报告(flash report and Cognos report)
l Coordinate production planning in advance to secure order delivery; 为了保证订单的及时交付,提前协调生产计划
l Lead trading parts operations;负责贸易件产品的工作;
Requirement
Familiar with MS-Office
Excellent communication skill (positive, pro-active and supportive)
Above college degree
