职位描述

Delivering user-centric digital products to bring business impact.

Assume the role for product owner and business analyst in short term, conducting digital business analysis, design, customer survey and feedback collection based on digital trend and strategic requirements to support digital business development and effective strategy execution.


Responisibilities:

1. Conduct annual digital product strategy (new/upgrade/retire/replace) and product lifecycle assessment.

2. Lead agile teams to develop solutions to address meaningful business problems and opportunities, with the consideration of BUs', as well as dealers’pain points and requirements. Become communication bridge between Business Units and project teams for digital solution high level design.

3. Drive and perform design, development, and test activities ensuring digital products delivered on schedule, includes resource coordination and issues escalation management.

Maintain overview of all products and clear product backlog and UX documentation.

4. BA’s daily task on digital products

5. Regularly communication product status & work with BU/dealers on the new product development or existing product improvement.

6. Work with third party partners to assemble appropriate project teams for new and existing projects. Manage resource planning and escalations of third party delivery members.

Requirements:


· Project management certificate (PMP), Agile development certificate (ACP).

· At least 3 years working experience regarding digital product management and marketing in auto-related industry, digital product planning and operation working experience is preferred.

· Specialized knowledge related to marketing, project management, Digital expertise, IT basic, customer survey, digital product, digital product interaction experience, Agile management, innovation management, whole channel integration.
