岗位描述：

1、负责内部用户计算机网络及硬件外设等的基础维护，有较强的Helpdesk能力；

2、熟悉系统安装、数据备份、软件安装及周边设备的故障排除；

3、负责快速响应解决终端用户在PC使用过程中出现的操作问题。设置及维护周边设备（打印/复印/传真机）；

4、远程服务外地工厂的故障请求；

5、负责协助当地相关服务商提供相关服务，或根据情况到现场排除故障；

6、做好报修、IT资产等统计工作；

7、支持兄弟工厂的IT相关工作；

8、其他IT支持的相关工作。

专业技能要求：

1、会使用VBA；

2、对财务方面的知识有一定了解；

3、有MCSA/MCSE证书者优先；

4、了解QAD系统操作者优先。

任职要求：

1、大专及以上学历，计算机及相关专业；

2、2年以上IT相关岗位工作经验，能够独立开展工作；

3、能熟练运用Office办公软件，思路严谨，条理清晰,有创造力. 会Excel VBA编程者尤佳；

4、知识结构全面，能够迅速掌握与市场部有关的各种知识，有团队管理经验；

5、性格开朗，有责任心，善良忠诚，对工作有无限热情，有良好的团队协作意识；

6、可接受短期出差。
