职责描述：1. Join the DFM check and PFMEA creation,evaluate the risk and provide the solution proposal, follow to close the open issues.
2. To check and follow all of files and PSPHW are ready before NPI build.
3. Strong support to NPI production , analysis the quality issues and provide the solution till to kill issues, timely feedback the design issue to program and trick the solution be initiated and executed by program.
4. Create the practical control plan, MPC and SOP.
5. Train the shift skilled OP and technican to understand instruction deeply, to ensure mass production run more smoothly and effectively.
6.Stencil and PSPHW design
7.Deal with the sundden quality problems for mass production, take actions in own team or cross function team to solve it.
8. Adapt the lean idea to do continuous improvement for quality,cost and delivery .
任职要求：1. At least 5 year smt product process and equipment experience with electronic related multi-national company;
2. Proficient in Microsoft office
3. Able to use tool to check gerber file and do psphw design.
4. Strong ability to make report and share the thoughts clearly.
5. Written and oral English capability are preferred.
