Job Responsibilities:

1. Sourcing new suppliers for new products and make evaluation in order to find the most qualified ones in terms of price, service and quality.
2. Negotiation of prices, payment terms and delivery times with suppliers
3. Quotation making
4. Current and new orders follow up, including quotation but also tracking production status, shipment booking, checking bill of lading and so on
5. Experience in purchasing the following items is a must: textile goods, advertising textile and promotional items (consumer sector)
6. Experience in purchasing the following items would be desirable: machinery and plastic films (industrial sector)
7. Other temporary work duties from line manager may be necessary to carry out
   

Requirements:

1. University degree. More than 5 years working experience, at least 3 years sourcing experience within an exporting Company
2. Knowledge of international trade, international logistics, customs affairs, financial management, foreign currency payment management and so on
3. Excellent knowledge of English (verbal and written) is a must: THE JOB INTERVIEW WILL BE CARRIED OUT 100% IN ENGLISH, NOT IN CHINESE
4. Good knowledge about how a Rep. Office works in China. Some relevant work experience will be an advantage.
5. Well organized, team working, able to work under pressure.
6. Good working knowledge of Excel & Word, email and accounting programs
