1. 准确录入销售数据，及时更新销售管理系统（Salesforce）。

2. 协助处理和制作销售订单与合同。

3. 协助统计销售数据和报表，整理销售文件和数据统计。

4. 协助市场部的联络和资料准备工作。

5. 其他办公室行政工作。

岗位任职要求：

1. 年龄20-40岁，大学本科学历。有一定文案工作经验或在校生有一定的社团活动能力。

2. 能熟练操作电脑，熟练应用Word, Excel, Power Point等MS办公软件。

3. 英文良好，能熟练阅读和书写，能用英文进行日常沟通。

4. 工作认真细致，办事稳重，有高度的责任感和时间观念。

5. 身体健康，形象大方，品行端正。

6. 熟悉Salesforce 销售管理软件者优先。
