JOB PURPOSE

Contact customers and agents for well organize the shipment and closely follow the Seafreight Operation process enabling the shipment can be sent smoothly

Keep netting/ overseas agent informed of shipment progress

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS

1.Connection with carrier and co-loader for booking space and closely monitor the local operation process such as loading at warehouse, pick up from the factory, custom clearance, actual on-board date based on the customer’s requirement

2.Communicate with overseas and customer and make the most updated information

3.Prepare/check necessary documents used for the order e.g. Issuing House Bill of Lading; Checking the documents for the Customs Declaration

4.Input shipment data and cost into Pegasus system, and issue debit note and credit note. Ensure the accurate invoicing and on-time closing to the Pegasus;

5.once get the payment from the customer release HB/L to the customer on time; send pre-alert to netting/ overseas agent once goods send out smoothly

6.Set up good relationship with customer/vendors to ensure the smooth operations

BASIC SKILL LEVEL REQUIREMENTS

1.Junior College degree of International Trade, English, Transportation

2.Minimum of 3 years experience in similar positions at IFF industry

3.Good communication and inter-personal skill

4.Team work spirit
