职位描述

Position Title : Finance & Insurance Manager – Beijing, China

Location : Beijing, China




Job Objectives

  • Offering competitive vehicle financing options, including insurance VAPs (value added insurance products) sales solutions for clients purchasing vehicles at dealers in Beijing, China
  • Optimising financial income to dealers from finance banks and insurers
  • Identifying opportunities to convert cash-type vehicle transactions into finance for dealers
  • Increasing insurance sales opportunities and protecting overall clients, banks and dealers from potential financial losses



Responsibilities

Relationship Orientation (25%)

  • Build strong relationships with dealer sales staff to ensure increase in potential finance leads to be referred to F&I by sales team members
  • Build strong relationships with Dealer Principal Sales Manager to obtain new financial deals and sales feedback sessions
  • Constantly train and educate sales and other relevant dealer staff on insurance and finance related products

Customer Satisfaction (25%)

  • Ensure constant customer satisfaction internally and externally within dealership with sales staff, as well as external clients and product providers including but not limited to insurance and finance providers
  • Follow up with clients on insurance and related finance products to ensure constant customer satisfaction
  • Maintain CSI (Customer service index, measures customer satisfaction) at around 9-10-point score (1 Low – 10 High)

Administration (15%)

  • Assist in implementing and maintaining dealer application system/program for finance and insurance
  • Process finance and insurance applications for clients, and ensure prompt approval of same from finance and insurance companies
  • Ensure all legal documents are processed promptly and signed by relevant parties, and full deal confirmation is done
  • Ensure OEM management system is updated per deal
  • Ensure deals are concluded and pay-outs received before vehicles are released to clients
  • Ensure all premium pay-outs to insurers are handled promptly. Daily, weekly and monthly reconciliations


Monitoring performance (15%)

  • Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports on sighted and non-sighted sales
  • Provide sales graphs depicting same for dealer, insurer and the company
  • Reports should include actual vs target sales figures
  • Ensure non-sighted clients are also contacted and approached for VAPS and add-on products


Compliance (10%)

  • Ensure that all business is concluded within the requirements of local finance and insurance regulations
  • Ensure products constantly meet local China Insurance Regulatory Commission (CIRC) and China Banking Regulatory Commission (CBRC) requirements
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory policies within the dealership for constant compliance monitoring

General (10%)

  • Constantly grow and improve sales and negotiation skills through personal development and training
  • Keep abreast of industry developments and requirements
  • Adhere to and meet dealer, insurer and group requirements
  • Arrange and attend product courses and developments within the industry
  • Become an irreplaceable link at dealer level



Requirements

  • Demonstrated track record of high service level standards
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Communications, or related major (post-graduate qualification an advantage)
  • Financial background is highly desirable
  • Motor industry knowledge is highly desirable
  • Willingness to grow and constantly improve insurance and finance knowledge skills
  • Able to adapt to ever changing environment (flexible), multi task and innovate
  • Self-starter
  • Customer satisfaction orientated
  • Native Chinese speaker, with strong English proficiency
