RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB:

工作职责

- 完成商业销售指标。

Reach the commercial targets.

- 与进口商建立策略合作伙伴关系

Set up a strategic partnership with the importers

- 订单管理、监控和跟踪，以确保合理的库存和及时、充分的供应

Manage orders, keep monitoring and tracking to ensure the reasonable inventory and timely and adequate supply

• 确保订单及时准确的发货

  Coordinate to ensure the shipment orders processing in a timely and accurate manner;

• 协调安排产品的出厂发货

  Coordinate arrangement of EX-LU product shipment;

• 在SAP系统中做好发货单，并且与天津工厂实时沟通，确保信息的准确

  Prepare delivery notes from SAP and ensure information is clearly communicated to TJ plant;

• 许可证的续期及更新，同时为一级经销商准备上市产品的相关材料

  Prepare documents to L1 distributors for launched products, license renewal & update and etc.

• 其他相关的事宜

  Other logistic assignment

  REQUIREMENT:

  岗位要求

- 本科以上学历，医药或营销管理及相关专业

Have bachelor degree or higher in pharmaceutical or business management.

• 3年以上外资制药企业工作经历，2年以上商务，物流相关，项目管理工作经验

  Have at least 3 years of experience in global pharmaceutical company, 2 years in commercial, logistic field or project management.

- 良好的团队合作精神

Team work

- 良好沟通技巧以及承压能力

Strong communication skills and adversity quotient

• 良好的英语读写能力

  Be fluent in English, both spoken and written.

• 能够熟练使用日常办公软件
