职位描述
? Handle all client inquiries about bookings and products through phone calls, emails, or other communication channel
负责客户的酒店订房订单,每日处理电话/邮件或相关的沟通渠道。
? Ensure that all requests, issues and complaints are settled promptly and accurately, per defined policy, guidelines, term and conditions
确保客户所有的需求或投诉得到及时的处理以及反馈。履行公司与酒店签订的相关条款细则。
? Proactively manage bookings by running reports from system, to clean non needed bookings
履行酒店订单的相关报表,定时录入/更新系统。及时关闭确认取消的订单。
? Promote goodwill by being proactive, courteous, friendly, and helpful when dealing with clients and sales teams, to maintain good client relationship, achieve high level of client satisfaction, and retain client loyalty
维护公司高标准的客户满意度以保障客户忠诚度。与销售部门合作适时推广公司品牌。
? Rotate on the duty to support customer requests after office hours, might include evenings/nights during working days, and weekends as well as holidays
根据公司的部门排班安排,需要能够配合部门的工作轮班制度:下午班或周末工作一天 (可换工作日休息一天)
? Identify and suggest improvement opportunity to managers
合理建议最优化的流程改进设想,并与部门经理沟通。
? University graduate or recognized diploma, with at least 3 years’ experience in customer service function, or reservations experience in hotel or travel industries
大学专科毕业及以上学历。至少三年客户服务类或相关工作经验,酒店或旅游行业为佳。
? Customer oriented, and interested in the function of customer service
