Ningxia Western Cloud Data Technology Co., Ltd is a newly formed independent company that aims to be a nationwide leader in providing public cloud services to China based and multi-national companies with customers in China. Headquartered in Zhongwei of Ningxia, and it is a fully licensed and certified IDC and ISP provider. Through its strategic cooperation with AWS, Ningxia Western Cloud Data Technology Co., Ltd will be the operator of AWS Cloud services in the Ningxia Region. Ningxia Western Cloud Data Technology Co., Ltd is a strong contributor to the comprehensive upgrade of technology infrastructure, development of talent and expansion of the cloud ecosystem of Ningxia province and is investing heavily to develop its capabilities in Ningxia and beyond.

We are looking for a talented Carrier Relationship Manager to be the focal point of NWCD’s relationship with Chinese carriers and related government agencies. The role will require the ability to build relationship and network and drive business initiatives with carriers and telco sector regulators. The successful candidate will need quick learning and good communication skills to facilitate the positive relationship with carriers. Experience in handling DX partners is a plus.

Responsibilities:

· Supporting the execution of network strategy, including processing, execution and tracking procurement orders and SLAs.

· Coordinate and participate in research projects to gain regulator’s endorsement on the network strategy to be executed by NWCD.

· Ensure carrier’s support to NWCD’S networking request, enabling DX solution to be provided to NWCD customers.

· Manage NWCD DX customer’s request in a way fully compliant with regulatory request. Well understanding the government regulatory requirement, shape and define solutions for NWCD customers to direct connect to ZHY using existing or new DX partners.

· Collect and update Chinese carrier information and attend carrier QBR.

· Drive NWCD’s own business initiatives and projects which require support and involvement of carriers to allow for incremental adoption of NWCD’s cloud services

Basic Qualifications:

· 8+ years of telecom or networking experience

· Experience in government or regulatory work related to cloud computing or telecom

· Strong verbal and written communications skills

· Demonstrated ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.

· Fluency in Mandarin and business level communication skills in English

· Experience in handling DX partners and engaging carriers at central and provincial levels is a plus.
