岗位职责：

1，负责搜集客户的资料并进行在线沟通；

2，使用规范的、标准的语言开展电话营销工作，与客户进行有效沟通并了解客户需求, 寻找销售机会并完成销售业绩；

3，认真倾听客户的意见，了解客户的要求，做好解释工作，及时反馈信息；

4，辅助支持市场工作。

任职要求：

1，本科及以上学历，电子工程，通信工程，微电子，自动化等电子学相关专业背景；

2，具备优秀的沟通能力，口齿清晰，普通话和英语流利，语音富有感染力，和蔼可亲，富有团队合作精神；

3，具备较强的学习能力，性格坚韧，思维敏捷，具备良好的应变能力和承压能力；

4，熟悉互联网络，熟练使用网络交流工具和各种办公软件，有相关电话销售工作经验者优先。

Responsibilities:

1. Collect customer info and approach via telephone and network.

2. Process selling via standard professional language, understanding customer request, achieve sales revenue target.

3. Responsible for collect customer advice, qualify customer request and provide necessary information, report in time.

4. Support marketing related activities.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, Major in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Communication or relevant technical background.

2. Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to communication amicably. Strong written and verbal skills in English and Chinese.

3. Strong learning capability, able to work under pressure with fast response.

4. Familiar with network, able to use MS office, preferable have telephone selling experience.
