Job Description:

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for the Branding and event planning and execution, including: Branding Promotion for Kerr&SybronEndo and relative products, Seminars and other activities. Will work closely with Education Team, Product Management Team and Sales Team to support and ensure the success of event execution and do the follow up with whole team. This job also to ensure the event supports the company’s overall strategy and goals.

The Event Coordinator is expected to:

1. Plan and drive the details and process of event;

2. Organization of venues, invitations and advertising;

3. Work closely with Education Team, Product Management Team and Sales Team for the Branding Promotion and Event;

4. Drive the marketing plan and marketing activities to help to achieve the goals;

5. Drive the Branding promotion for Kerr&SybronEndo and relative products;

6. Negotiate and communicate with event clients and suppliers;

7. Event Summary and Follow up with whole team for the event;

8. Maintain positive working relationship with all members of KaVo.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree required;

2. 3~5 years working experience with Branding, Event management, Marketing/Communication or working in relative company. Working in dental company experience strongly preferred;

3. Excellent communication skills, English skills strongly preferred;

4. Team player, self-starter, hard worker, quick learner, results oriented, detail oriented, creative
