Main job responsibility of this job

1. Work as the JV plant tool physical owner.

2. Manage mass production tools basic information/conditions/capacity to match JV plant demand

3. Manage new tools (localization/new offer/Qualify improve etc.)/duplication tools qualification

4. Responsible for new tool’s tooling specification preparing, supplier design review /approve, fabrication tracing, molding parameters set up etc.

5. Support purchase/Quality/Plant technical team to ensure local tool and part with good quality

and lower price.

6. Support GSC China Plastic SBO (Supplier benchmark optimization) project, work as tooling expert for

tool supplier change technical risk assess/take, tool design optimize/productivity dig. Etc.

7. Work as tooling technical innovation idea provider/developer/ spreader.

8. Work as tooling team coordinator, responsible for inside or outside tooling team project leading.

9. Some stamping tools supplier management, so some stamping field experience will be perfect.

Knowledge of Tools design and manufacture on site ( Plastic)					x

Experience of project management(Leadership and communication)				x
Experience of propose tool economic investment & part cost				x
Skill of Computer operation (CAD/Office etc)				x
Quality skill ( root cause analysis/8D etc.)			x
English skill (In both writing and speaking)				x
