Essential Functions:

1. 负责新厂建设的气化专业的设计、审核、施工管理、设备验收启动运行等；
2. 负责其他化学主系统的设计施工管理，测试验收。生产设备气化专业的二次配施工管理，测试验收；
3. 配合生产、设备机台调试需求和进度供应化学品；
4. 负责气体侦测系统的施工、测试、验收；
5. 制定气化系统设备的日常维护保养计划，并带领相关人员实施完成；
6. 起草、制定气化系统的SOP，并对新员工进行培训宣导；
7. 编制气化系统的年度预算，耗材采购，服务合同签署；
8. 气化系统、设备的故障检查、应急维修；
9. 系统优化，稳定连续；

10. 对倒班运行人员进行培训；

Education:

化学工程、应用化学、环境工程、医药微生物、机电、机电一体化等专业，

大专及以上学历

Minimum Experience Required:

1. 半导体FAB工厂6年以上气体、化学品专业工程师工作经验
2. 有半导体FAB厂建厂经验，熟悉半导体厂的气体、化学品系统的设计规划；
3. 有丰富的气化工程施工管理经验，可以独立完成气化系统的设计审核、施工进度和品质管控，熟悉气化超纯管路的测试、验收标准；
4. 精通化学品集中供液系统的操作流程、维护保养，故障检修；
5. 精通大宗气体、惰性气体、特殊气体的供气系统的设计原理，操作维护，故障检修等；
6. 熟悉剧毒气体的公安局备案流程，能够起草剧毒化学品管理的各项规章制度；
7. 精通各种气态、液态钢瓶的更换程序，化学品桶槽更换程序；
8. 精通GMS和CDS等监控系统，熟悉气体侦测器的性能和设置规范；
9. 精通气体、化学品泄漏紧急应变程序，有指挥紧急应变的经验和能力；
10. 熟练使用各种气体侦测器，穿戴各种个人防护用品，有救灾实战经验；
11. 起草气体、化学品供应系统的SOP，根据需求采购、配置个人防护用品；
12. 培训倒班运行人员，制定考核上岗制度；
13. 有丰富的生产设备气化二次配设计、施工管理经验；

Skills Required:

熟练使用电脑，有化学品、压力容器操作证，胜任临时倒班

Design Team

Our core team has over 30 patents and had a hand in some of the most compelling high volume RFIC products ever. We will be putting together a team of highly talented RFIC designers with the opportunity to deliver compelling RF technology to power 5G networks.
