职位要求：

1、按照作业指导书操作焊接工序，安全操作焊接设备

2、按照装配图纸组装焊接总成

3、进行产品质量自检，确保质量

胜任力要求：

1、品行端正、能吃苦耐劳，服从分配

2、2年以上氩弧焊接工作经验

3、熟悉焊接生产流程业务，对硬件设备有一定了解

4、要求具备焊接基本技能，持焊接操作证

5、良好的团队合作精神
