工作职责：

1、参与临床试验中心的筛选、研究者会议组织及中心启动工作等准备工作；

2、严格按照GCP要求进行试验相关协调管理工作；

3、协助项目经理解决试验过程中存在的问题；

4、稽查临床研究质量、跟踪研究进度及临床试验工作协调，并定期向项目经理汇报；

5、协助上级参与管理工作。

任职要求：

1、医药、临床、护理等医药相关专业，大专以上学历。
2、清晰的书面及口头表达能力，良好的交流沟通能力。可适应定期出差，能承受一定工作压力。
3、具有优秀的问题解决能力及良好的团队合作精神。
4、英语4级以上，良好的阅读理解能力。
5、熟练应用各种Microsoft office软件，熟悉网络工具的各种应用。
6、2年以上CRA工作经验，熟悉临床试验各个阶段工作流程。
