Responsibilities 工作职责:

·Probe General electric or General RF&MW market development status，direction and trend。

调查通用电子或通用射频微波工业领域市场发展状态、方向和趋势。

·Propose middle and long term business development strategies and plans, Coordinate implementation of the strategies and plans.

制定公司中长期业务发展策略与规划，并协调策略与规划的实施。

·Identify new business opportunity and new business field, propose promotion plans. Coordinate implementation of the promotion plans.

界定新业务机会和新业务领域，提出市场推广计划，并协调计划的实施。

·Coordinate to form Marcom strategy and plan, such as advertisements, exhibitions, promotion seminars, user meeting, mailing, website, etc, to enlarge coverage of business and generate more sales leads.

协调制定市场活动策略和计划，包括广告、展览、推广研讨会、用户会、直邮、网站等，以扩大业务覆盖面，产生更多的销售机会。

·Communicate with the company’s organizations worldwide to collect market information, solutions, leverage global resource to support business.

与公司全球各组织机构沟通，搜集全球市场信息与方案，利用全球资源增强中国业务。

·All other duties as per the company’s request.

Qualifications 职位要求:

·Bachelor or master degree from a famous university, majored in electronic engineering, telecommunication, microwave technology.

著名大学学士或硕士毕业，电子工程、通信工程、微波技术专业。

·Familiar with General electric or General RF&MW industry field, understand market and customers in the field well, at least 3 years of experience in role of marketing, pre-sale support or sales in multi-national company. Priority for electric test and measurement instrument background.

熟悉通用电子或通用射频微波 工业领域，了解该领域的市场与用户，至少三年以上市场或销售或售前支持工作经验，电子测量仪器领域背景者优先

·Sensitive to market domestically and globally. Have the ability to analyze and synthesize market development trend and propose business development strategies innovatively.
