【岗位职责】

1、维护多方位的网络基础设施；

2、为内外部客户提供网络相关问题的解决方案；

3、负责安装Cisco/HP的交换器、路由器、防火墙、VPN(ASA/VPN3000)

4、实时监控网络安全系统；

5、熟悉“交换树”知识，并熟知二层转换知识；

6、及时对紧急故障的系统及硬件进行修复；

7、提前分析通信负载量；

8、对IT运营团队及时提供网络支持；

9、开发和维护网络文件、维护操作规程及网络图；

10、根据需求辅助更新相关配置；

11、7x24小时轮岗待命。

【任职要求】

1、大学本科学历，计算机或相关专业。

2、4-6年网络相关工作经验，能够在复杂的环境里进行网络设计、运行保障，有网络基础设施的安装及配置经验；

3、具有Cisco多层交换机实操经验；

4、具有Cisco NxDS1或Fractional/Full DS3路由器实操经验；

5、具有EIGRP、OSPF和BGP实操经验；

6、具有Cisco PIX及ASA的实操经验；

7、具有Cisco CCNP认证或相关认证；

8、了解网络体系及分散式运算环境的概念；

9、优秀的书面及口头沟通能力；

10、有自觉处理紧急事务的职业精神；

11、在客户规定时间内，能在同一时间内对不同项目提供技术支持。

12、具有QoS及宽带分析的实操经验；

13、具有Cisco/Avaya/Asterisk VOIP、CiscoWorks或其他SNMP软件监控工具的经验，具有支付卡行业标准的应用知识及MCSE或相关认证。

【Job Description】

1. Maintain and support a multiple-location network infrastructure;

2. Provide diagnostic support for, and resolve outage issues with both internal and external clients for network related problems;

3. Install and configure Cisco (and HP) switches, routers, firewalls, and VPN (ASA/VPN3000);

4. Monitor network security systems and structures;

5. Working knowledge of spanning tree and layer 2 switching concepts;

6. Respond to emergencies to repair system and hardware malfunctions;

7. Proactively analyze traffic loads;

8. Provide networking support to the IT Operations team;

9. Develop and maintain network documentations, maintenance operation procedure (MOP), and network diagrams;

10.Back up configurations and perform upgrades as required;

11.7x24 on-call with rotation.

【Job Requirement】

1. Bachelor degree in computer science, equivalent work experience;

2. Minimum 4-6 years of networking experience in complex environments providing network design, operational support, hands-on implementation and configuration of network infrastructure;

3. Hands-on experience with Cisco multi-layer switches is required;

4. Hands-on experience with Cisco routers providing NxDS1, or Fractional/Full DS3 capabilities is required;

5. Hands-on experience with EIGRP, OSPF, and BGP is required;

6. Hands-on experience with Cisco PIX and ASA firewalls is required;

7. Cisco certification – CCNP or equivalent experience;

8. Solid understanding of networking/distributed computing environment concepts;

9. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills;

10.Willing and able to work with a high level of urgency and professionalism;

11. Ability to effectively deliver multiple concurrent projects, meeting tight customer driven deadlines;

12. Hands-on experience with QoS and bandwidth analysis;

13. Experience with Cisco/Avaya/Asterisk VOIP, CiscoWorks (or other SNMP software monitoring tools); working knowledge of Payment Card Industry standards, and MCSE or other relative certification would all be assets.
