岗位职责

1、对养老行业数据进行获取、调研与分析；

2、负责内部养老大数据（如经营数据、老人信息等）的汇总、分析，形成专业意见，为领导决策提供依据；

3、对养老产品或项目进行产品测算与评估。

任职要求

1. 男女不限，28-40岁，信息/财务/精算等专业本科学历；
2. 中型以上企业相关岗位五年以上工作经验，具有精算或养老工作背景优先；
3. 独立负责过至少两个以上项目的测算评估；
4. 逻辑思维清晰，对数字敏感，具有较强的数据收集及分析能力。
5. 具有一定的文字功底及清晰的工作思路

Landgent Senior Living Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Landgent Group, is responsible for developing senior living business under the group which includes:
Investing and managing its own senior living facilities
Providing management contract and consultant services for other facilities
Cooperating with other investers or developers in developing senior living facilities
