职位描述
Mandate:
Making vendor payment and expense report submission to OM
including Office Rental, China Mobile, Security, GRM file, property management fee, Fuji machine rental free, AMEX. (by monthly)
Expense report update and upload (by monthly)
Toners ordering and record management (by monthly)
GRM inventory checklist quarterly review (by quarterly)
Meeting room utilization consolidate (by quarterly)
Supports blackberry SIM Card, deal with queries from the tele-company.
Supervise and coordinate external service providers for office maintenance, renovation, physical security,
ensure office equipment & safety management are completed
Supports Office Manager with organizing of Office assets (furniture/desk stations) in master records
Updating/Managing: Admin monthly cost list, contract inventory list, license borrowing list, office keys
VC arrangement and setup with IT
Any other support regards Branch & GM
Knowledge:
College or University graduate;
Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience in office administration or related area, Executive Assistant experience is highly preferred;
Solid understanding of office administration, processes & procedures, and inter-personal relationships.
Skills:
Good problem solving skills.
Good interpersonal skills and organizing skills.
Good written and verbal command of English and Chinese
Good PC and related software skills (e.g. Word, Excel, ACCESS)
Be co-operative, and be able to work under pressure
Self-disciplined and motivated working attitude, with good potential of leadership skill
Good ability to deal with multi-tasks with good time management and ability to prioritize
