Finance Support on 2 Clusters (10+ Plants)

l Play active role of window contact person between Region and Clusters

l Closely monitor and challenge the financial performance of the Clusters

l Involves in discussion on all finance topics of the Clusters, including HFM, AOC & Productivity, Actual vs. standard, Start products TP&CSC campaign, IDB

l Provide the solution to the special case of the Clusters

l Validate transfer project savings

l Costing management support: includes star report quality check and communication, actual vs. standard quality check, and TP/CSC campaign support and quality check

l Monthly reporting and BR preparation and analysis

l Plant support when it faces resources shortage (case by case)

l Organize and deliver finance training to cluster finance team

l Exchange with finance team (central + cluster + platform) in more proactive way and take lead in sharing the best practices within finance team

Support the transformation of GSC China FP&A and Costing platform

l Lead or participate in the project of FP&A and costing platform, to improve the platform efficiency and standardization.

Professional Experience:

1. >5 years total working experience on manufacturing finance area of international company

2. >2 years finance analysis experience on budget preparation and cost control

Education background:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field

2. MBA or CPA certificate a plus

Others:

Language: Good English in Oral and Writing

Computer: Well in office software (word, excel, PPT)

Other Tools: SAP, HFM and Essbase
