Responsibilities:

1.Supplier development with localization programs, design change programs, new production design programs, to support best TCO for business demand.

2. Supplier daily maintenance, include supplier negotiation, quality, delivery and other troubles shooting works.

3. RFQ process tracking and cost analysis. Supplier selection with team decision.

4. Review the drawing with well understood on technical specifications. Visit potential suppliers to identify the capabilities with technical evaluation.

5. Investigate, coordinate and communicate project changes. Create and make revisions to project schedules, business cases, risk assessments and other project management tools. Create and conduct presentations for project approvals and immediate status.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or Auto Engineering

2. >5 years working experience and at least 3 years in automotive components manufacturing industry or relevant mechanical/electronic manufacturing industry

3. Familiar with APQP, VDA6.3/ISO/TS16949 automotive applied basic language and regulations.

4. Open mind, holistic view with Initiative and proactive, must be with excellent communication and reporting skills, team working spirit.

5. Must fluent English read, written and oral.

6. suitable for frequent businedd trips.

7.PMP certificated is plus. German language is plus. 6 sigma GB or BB is plus.
