As a Product Specialist, you will be part of the Industrial Automation Division and Control Technologies Business Units (BU) based in Beijing. ABB is the World leader in Industrial Automation (IA) division delivers integrated solutions for control, plant optimization, and industry-specific application knowledge and services to help process industry customers worldwide to meet their critical business needs in the areas of operational profitability, capital productivity, risk management and global responsibility. These industries include oil and gas, power, chemicals and pharmaceuticals, pulp and paper, metals, cement, minerals, marine and turbocharging.

Your Tasks as a Product Specialist will include the following:

？ Product launch: Support and implement PLC products launch in China following global release plan.
？ Promotion Plan: Define PLC promotion plan with Channel & sales team and collaborates with Technical sales support team to implement.
？ Product portfolio strategy: Study the local market movement and technical trend and create PLC product portfolio strategy, also work together with Channel & sales team to implement action of strategy.
？ R&D collaboration: Collect and analyses local customer requirement and discuss with TPM of R&D and support to create product MRS.
？ Product feature Training: Design product feature training and make marketing plan to delivery new product information for internal sales and sales support team and external AVP channel customer.
？ Marketing collection tools design: Collaborates with global PG, collect suitable marketing collection to translation or edit in order to meet local customer needs.
？ Product improvement: Process product solution development to offer suitable and unique solutions to customer needs.

Ideally, you should have 4 plus years of Industrial Automation experience with knowledge of automation products (e.g. PLC, Fieldbus Technology and HMI), product management and product technical support. You should possesses good communication and presentation skills, ability to work along with team will make you an ideal match for this role. Candidates should be able to use English as a daily working language to communicate with global PM and use as technical document for localization.
