Responsibilities:

As a Talent Coordinator you will have the opportunity to support and build a world class staffing function at GE while being responsible for supporting Talent Acquisition, performing specific and general administrative tasks related to job postings; interview scheduling; and offers and on-boarding for GE Digital full time professional positions.

In this role you will:

? Effectively post job descriptions to job boards and check for compliance ? Collaborate with several GE stakeholders and candidates to seamlessly schedule interviews over phone, in-person and over Cisco Tele presence, etc. ? Leverage various software tool and applications, distribute employment-related correspondence, and manage paperwork and data entry needs for staffing ? Support the execution of recruitment programs, such as hot job promotion, referral programs, etc. ? Support ad-hoc staffing projects and participate in projects related to improving the staffing function Reporting ? Support recruitment marketing projects and promotion activities ? Maintain and protect confidential data with utmost scrutiny, judgment, and care Basic Qualifications: ? Bachelor's Degree ? Minimum of 2 years prior professional work experience (can include internships) in staffing operations/HR operations/administrative/customer service oriented functions ? Fluent oral English and mandarin.
