Main Responsibilities

- Lead real estate project planning including user requirement collection, financial and non-financial criteria for vendor selection, project budgeting and internal expenditure allocation, project timeline control, space optimization planning and execution.

- Ensure all milestones for critical activities are being met and ensure the work is completed to meet the satisfaction of users and fulfil relevant SG guidelines.

- Collect and make analysis regarding real estate market and provide consultancy to business lines and management team for decision.

- Build and develop strong relationships & partnerships with internal business customers and support their business initiatives.

- Take accountability for capital expenditure and operational expenses related to the real estate, and establish effective operational goals, prepare accurate financial reports/analysis and execute programs according to the agreed plans.

- Produce comprehensive reporting to monitor project performance and to follow up the project pipelines.

- Ensure compliance with Group standards and maintain a culture and practice of highest ethical standards and behaviour.

- Keep timely and regular communication with Head of Corporate Services for project review and updates.

- Actively identify opportunities for enhancing performance and increasing agility through real estate projects and workplace solutions.

- Capable of leading project management and supplier management.

- Capable of coming up with the high-level proposal and business case analysis.

Requirements

- Bachelor degree or above

- 8+ years relevant experience with professional experiences and extensive knowledge in RE management, preferably gained in banking industry or similar MNCs.

- Proven track records of RE projects covering the whole cycle of leasing transaction and project management.

- Ability to apply RE knowledge with innovative consultancy and solutions.

- Broad leasing transaction & project management skills

- Well-organized and sensitive for financial impacts

- Result oriented, proven ability to manage high-impact programs in tight timeframes

- In-depth analytical skill

- Good communication skill

- Sound knowledge and experience in China RE markets;

- Customer-oriented and proactive working attitude.

- Strong team-work spirit

- Be able to work under pressure

- Flexible on alternative solutions

- Proficient in spoken and written English

- Proficient in Powerpoint/PDF/Financial Excel

- Proficient in AutoCAD would be an advantage

- Degree or equivalent major in Mechanic & Electric Engineering or Civil Engineering is preferable

- Occasional travel is required on project-basis
