岗位职责

1. 协助完成公司标准化建设工作，并指导下属各养老机构贯标；
2. 配合养老系统开发，组织下属各养老机构进行意见征集与需求分析；
3. 配合进行护理相关产品的设计与规划；
4. 负责养护专项工作，根据各项目任务、要求、进度等情况，对具体项目工作进行统筹、指导、协助；
5. 制定养护相关工作的质量控制标准，质控管理规定并定期进行检查和指导；
6. 对下属养老机构养护人员培训提供指导和建议，并参与培训；
7. 对下属养老机构养护方面的服务规划与设计提供专业方案与意见；
8. 发现下属养老机构养护方面的风险并建立风险防范措施，提出整改建议；
9. 配合完成医养结合工作的执行。

任职要求

1. 男女不限，30-45岁，大专及以上护理相关专业；
2. 三年以上三甲医院护理部主任或护士长工作经验；
3. 有民营或公办养老机构护理部主任经验者优先；
4. 有3-5年实际养老照护经验；
5. 具备护师资质；
6. 具有一定的文字功底及清晰的工作思路、管理能力。

Investing and managing its own senior living facilities
Providing management contract and consultant services for other facilities
