职位描述
- Responsible for supporting site manager to managing project and operation safety issue.
- Responsible for prepare all safety relevant documentation like site safety regulation, working instruction, emergency plan and training to all staff
- Monitor staff behavior and make sure all staff working comply with safety regulation.
- Identify the potential risk and prepare corresponding solution to avoid safety accident.
Main Responsibilities
- Prepare safety relevant document.
- Training staff the safety regulation and certain knowledge
- On-site monitor the staff behavior and compliance issue.
- On-site identify the risk and prepare solution to avoid risk.
- Organize regular safety meeting summarize safety incident and setup safety KPI for all staff.
- Responsible to report safety incident to customer and management, prepare corresponding solution and monitor the implementation
Requirement
- Experience on quality management in the production (> 3 years)
- Experience on production or logistics
- Experience on Automobile industry
