岗位职责：

1.总控所负责项目的媒体工作，对最终结果负责。

2.提升部门其它基础媒介人员的能力，协助他们拓展媒体资源。

3.建立所负责项目的媒体资源。

4.协助客户端人员的策划工作，能够独立完成方案中的媒体策划部分。

5.按照既定目标审核传播结果和传播报告。

6.向客户端反馈媒体需求，并对客户端工作的质量提出建议。

7.监控所负责项目在公司内部管理系统的媒体发布情况。

8.完成新客户或者重点项目的媒体开发、资源库建立、初期执行等工作。

9、维护公司整体的媒介关系，包括公司层面媒体公关活动开展的建议、执行等。

任职要求：

1.服务快消客户经验，具有媒介策略、媒介计划制定和执行能力。

2.具有媒体资源关系基础、资源整合和开发能力，熟悉自媒体合作运营。

3.市场敏感度强，对客户品牌及营销有较好理解，具有较强的媒体策划、方案能力。

4.良好沟通、协作精神。
