Due West Education is seeking talented individuals with Executive Assistant experience for a position based in Beijing, China.

Key responsibilities:

    

Act as a liaison among CEO, Managers and staffs, to ensure that all the instructions from CEO will be implemented;

Keep track of key dates / appointment / events; remind executive and other members on important deadline;

Supervision and feedback to CEO to ensure all the instructions from CEO will be supporting, prioritization and task management;

Support CEO with the external affairs and relations maintenance;

Draft the email, document and announcement as well as responsible for the translation as CEO’s requested;

Establishment and maintenance the filing system for CEO; responsible for file archiving, finishing, custody and summary;

Answering and screening incoming emails, calls & taking messages;

Assist in other tasks as necessary

    

Qualifications Desired:

    Bachelor’s degree

    Fluent in Mandarin Chinese; Strong English skills – comfortable working in a bilingual office

    Self-motivated with a willingness to learn

    Experience working on a team

    Strong attention to detail, organization and communication skills

    Creative problem-solver

    Desire to work in a “start-up” environment

    Willing and able to work flexible hours
