Position: NPI Engineer
Location: Beijing

Responsibilities:
1. Ensure product development (PD) deliverables are meet per factory engineering and quality requirements
2. On time execution of product pre-CCC (PD4/PD3/Final CCC) to ensure engineering readiness per NPI to HVM handover requirements
3. Collaborate with factory NTI and GPE team to identify gaps and drive improvements
4. Collaborate with factory HVM team to ensure production readiness and on time CCC approval
5. Communication and contact window to BU

Requirements:
1. Bachelor or above on Engineering or experience equivalent to that
2. More than 5 years’ experience in semiconductor
3. Experiences with statistics, optimization, and ASSY processes
4. Project management experience
5. Fluent in English and Lean & Six sigma experience
