Spare Parts Coordinator JD


Job Responsibilities 工作职责:
- Prepare quotation for spare parts/new format/modification request from clients.
  客户备件需求报价，包括备件，新格式，改造报价.
- Request quotation from SMI HQ for our quotation.
  向SMI总部寻求备件/格式/改造价格及报价。
-Confirm order with end clients.
 客户订单确认
-Deliver order to SMI HQ for confirmed orders from end clients.
根据客户订单向SMI总部下单及货物交货期安排。
- Orders trace and delivery
  订单跟踪与发货
-payment and invoice information
 应收账款与发票辅助
-Monthly report/ annual report on spare parts sales
 备件销售的月报与年报

Job Requirements 职位要求:
1)大专－本科学历，机电/自动化及相关专业或同等经验类
   College-Bachelor degree, Electro-machnical automation or related majority or equivalent experience
2) 食品机械行业优先考虑，有相关行业/设备服务经验
   Related food machinery service experience is an advantage
3)有2年相关类备件服务工作经验
  2 yrs above working experience in spare parts promotion/coordination preferred
4)良好的个人沟通能力与表达能力
  Good interpersonal communication and presentation skill
5)良好的英语阅读和书写能力
  Good English read/write ability
6）良好的办公软件技巧
   Good MS office skill.
