Job Responsibilities

? Communicate with the landing companies on a regular basis to identify their needs for China

? Organize weekly activities and keep all stakeholders within the program updated

? Working closely with the cross border startups, assist in tasks including financing, business development, business set-up, talent acquisition, etc.

? Assist in the planning of large-scale monthly pitching events throughout the landing program

? Contribute to build marketing channels and producing materials needed to promote the program and its startups

? Work in a tight-knit team to uncover and implement best practices in running a cross border program

Qualifications

? Bachelor’s degree or above from a top university

? Excellent interpersonal skills; a people-person who enjoys maintaining and nurturing relationships with individuals

? Cooperative team player who can work with different channels and partners

? High level of attention to detail with high standards for work produced

? A proactive self-starter who can work with minimal supervision

? Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

? Previous event organization or startup related experience is a plus

? Bilingual in English and Mandarin is a must
