• To timely and professionally coordinate with internal related parties on seniors’ appointment application and arrange with regulators to obtain the approvals
• To assist General compliance manager to streamline the process of regulation dissemination and regulatory reporting
• To support General Compliance manager to monitor the overall general compliance risks and follow-up with related stakeholders for actions or implementation of regulatory requirements
• To coordinate general protocols with regulators incl but not limited to visits/onsite inspections/self-assessment etc.

• 4 years' experience in banking or with international financial institutions. Prior experience in risk, legal, compliance or audit preferred
• Solid knowledge in general compliance, core compliance principles. General knowledge on corporate banking products and services would be a plus.
• Strong communication skills and is able to work under pressure
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin
