1、配合创意总监，负责宣传片、视频等相关项目，完成客户需求分析；

2、配合创意总监，创作出满足客户需求的创意脚本；

3、参与宣传片、视频拍摄前的创意会，与导演沟通创意思路及执行方案，并根据需要，参与拍摄及后期制作的监督工作。

任职要求：

1、本科以上学历；

2、美术设计、广告学、新闻传播等相关专业；

3、熟悉平面、3D、视频等设计制作软件的应用，具有扎实的美术鉴赏力、深厚的美术功底及文字功底；

4、性格开朗，善于倾听和表达观点，高度的工作责任感以及团队协作精神；

5、能够承受较大的工作压力。
