Purpose:

- To lead SQE team, ensure quality of localization or other re-sourcing projects
- To implement continual improvement for supply parts quality

Responsibility:

-To manage China SQE team both in Beijing and Shanghai cities.

-To follow up supplier NC with CAPA, A3 or 8D, coordinate issues solutions between supplier and sidel.

-To conduct and regular review supply qualification projects implement under his team.

-To involve and support supplier development projects under SDE.　

-To find suppliers'weakness and lead quality improvement for L1 suppliers

-To organize related training to suppliers if necessary to fulfill quality requirement.　

-To implement and perfect SQE's processes and procedures match with company requests.　

-To maintain localization project SQE folder on server and SAP　

-To collect risks of supply chain, feedback to related teams.　

-To involve actions or review for ECO if need.　

-To finish other works assigned　

Professional Qualifications and Experience :

-At least 5 years background at manufacturing and 3 years’ experience at SQE area

-Strong mangement skill, at least 2 years experience of leading a team

-Master quality management and related tools

-Well known on manufacturing, such as materials, machining, welding, surface treatment...

-Good communication skill and have fundamental project management knowledge

-Have systemic thinking and be well organized

-Oral English

Education Qualifications　

-Bachelor Degree or equivalent

-Majored in mechanical design or manufacturing, engineering and so on
