This role is responsible for Working Capital, AR and bad debtreporting and analysis, as well as credit management support- Monthly working capital report preparation, distribution and analysis
- Answer global finance enquiry on working capital movement and changes
- Working capital prior and quarterly forecasting
- AR/AR overdue/DSO monthly reporting & analysis
- Bad Debt report and quarterly review
- Support credit management target setting and performance assessment
- Support Credit Controller in monthly management review package and Risk Committee meetings
- Working closely with Credit team/BU Commercial team/ Insurance broker to ensure insurance coverage
- Constant communication and build strong working relationships with the Credit team, BU Commercial Team
- Support ad-hoc or specific report or data analysis task
- Identify process gaps or reporting enhancement demands and provide recommendations for solutions
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in accounting, FP&A or controlling related field
- Strong financial knowledge and applied work experience on MNC
- Advanced Systems skills (MS Excel, PPT, etc); Experience with Essbase, Oracle, Hyperion or other ERP systems is a plus
- English fluent written and oral
