岗位职责：

 1．负责公司各岗位招聘、制定招聘计划，进行面试与筛选，协助制定公司的定岗、定编与定薪，拓展招聘渠道，做好人才储备及各部门间的协调工作。

2、负责完善公司人力资源及相关制度，并负责制度、政策的执行。

3、负责公司绩效考核体系的建立、组织和实施，并对各部门绩效评价过程进行监督控制。

4、负责员工入职培训，协助制定年度培训计划并实施，完成培训后的情况跟踪，完善培训体系。

5、公司文化体系的建立及公司文化活动的组织。

6、领导交办的其他工作。

任职要求：

1、人力资源管理或相关专业本科及以上学历；

2、五年以上人力资源管理工作经验，有金融行业从业背景优先；

 3、熟悉人力资源招聘、薪酬、绩效考核、培训等规定和流程，招聘经验丰富者优先；

4、具有较强的执行能力、理解力、亲和力和主动性，工作目标管理导向性强；

5、良好的职业操守，外表仪态端正大方，熟练使用办公软件；

6、有耐心、积极主动，有责任心，具有很好的沟通以及协调能力，能承受一定的工作压力；

7、熟悉国家、地区及企业关于人事法律、合同管理、薪金制度、用人机制、保险福利待遇和培训方针。
