北京招聘

1、负责公司产品在海外App Store市场上和Google Play市场的ASO工作；以及公司产品在fb的广告投放；
2、时刻关注市场的排名算法变化，定期输出市场数据分析报告、制定相应ASO策略进行优化或调整；
3、负责和不断优化公司产品的文案和推广素材本地化工作；
4、监控和研究竞争对手相关策略，收集分析信息，为产品规划发展提供参考，为市场提出调整建议和策略。

任职资格：
1、至少3-5年海外广告投放从业和流量采买经验；
2、负责和操盘过一个app从零到千万级用户的市场推广工作；
3、擅长效果投放和品牌策划工作，行业资源丰富；熟悉google play和fb投放优先；
4、英文6级以上，适应全英文工作环境；
5、对数据变化敏感度高，良好的分析判断力，根据市场变化，反馈市场需求，反馈信息；
6、有全局观，有管理经验，有独立解决问题的能力；
