Provide first level of support to sales teams based in Hong Kong, South East Asia and Europe. Responsible for advertising campaign execution, management and optimization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Handle multiple campaign execution & daily optimization.
2. Monitor campaign trafficking and perform cost control
3. Provide weekly campaign reports to sales/AM
4. Closely working with manager & product team to answer daily campaign enquires from sales teams
5. Support sales & AM to develop marketing strategies and deliver effective solutions to reach campaign KPI/client’s goal
6. Liaise with publishers and vendors to ensure inventory availability & stability
7. Coordinate cross-function teams to resolve operational issues.
8. Support payment process and issue documents as needed
9. Undertake various operational tasks

Required Qualifications & Skills:

1. Bachelor Degree or above.
2. Fluent spoken and written English (IELTS7.0 or TOEFL90 preferred)
3. Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and committed to deliver the results
4. Analytical, decision-making and management skills
5. Strong communication skills, and ability to interact effectively with people from different functions
6. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on tight timelines
7. Proficient at Microsoft Office software such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Internship experience in multi-national company is preferred;
2. Majored in Science or Mathematics is a plus.
