Manufacturing Develop and improve manufacturing line architect to increase manufacturing efficiency

For each project, to Initiate, to Plan, to Execute, to Monitor & Control, to Close

To conduct profitability and industrial feasibility of projects

To understand the objectives, define the scope, performance (time, cost, quantity, specification…)

Realize risk management and solve problems to achieve initial objectives

Define scenarios, actions, resources and investments

Obtain, monitor resources, and identify necessary tools/training to team members

Obtain budget to realize the project

Launch, coordinate and monitor resources & actions

Communicate and report progress, orientations & problems to management & team members

Communicate with project team and specially with marketing team to validate project orientation and choice.

Lead the team to achieve the aggressive goals on cost, quality and time
