Day to Day Responsibilities:
Support daily performance sustains.
Lead performance improvement project to achieve target goal.
Data analysis tool application
Support electrical / control design on equipment / new process retrofit
Issue document of equipment new function / process instruction
Provide support through equipment installation, new product development

Education & Experience
Bachelor Degree above, major in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical engineering, Automation Engineering and other engineering related; master degree with major in mechanical or automation engineering is preferred;
5yrs experience in manufacturing at least

Required Skills
3 + years of automation related on-side service or automation R&D experience.
Familiar with Mitsubishi PLC programming, HMI designing, Servo system application, Mitsubishi field bus application.
Familiar with AB Rockwell PLC programming
Familiar with equipment overall control system design.
Familiar with electrical execution unit control component application, inverter, Servo Motor, sensor, signal transmitter, etc.
Experience in Robotic system Application
Fix problem with timing, cost saving, data-driven, and detail oriented.
Can work independently by self and also work well within team group.
Skill in software of Windows Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.
Report and presentation skill.
English communication skill.
Skill in Auto CAD
Skill in Excel VBA
Skill in .Net Framework coding / development
Skill in database application and development
Basic knowledge and understanding of Plant MES
Experience in people management.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin).
Project management skill.
Safety awareness.
