Job responsibilities:　　（Recruit only foreigners）

1. Responsible for the main planning of project project - design scheme, color matching, selection of materials, etc.

2. Designed the design task of the project, supervised the daily work of the designers, and reviewed the design of each business;

3. Organize the implementation of company design projects;

4. Actively cooperate with customers and finish the design work on time;

5. For business complex project, fine decoration project, hotel project, office building project, large-scale property project guidance, sharing and drawing design capacity.

6. Be familiar with design thinking and design concepts and transfer to drawing design details, complete the complete set of high requirements drawing design work;

7. Take the initiative to accept the interrelated problems in the process and practice in the solution

8. Participate in project construction site coordination and negotiation;Follow up the construction site to carry out drawing rectification and solve the construction difficulties.

9. Be diligent in thinking, plan unique, be good at communicating effectively, be good at researching indoor beyond the ability of all kinds of drawings


Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above in architecture, ring art, interior design, etc.

2. More than 3 years experience in construction design or decoration construction drawing of a formal design firm or design company;

3. Software requirements: proficient in CAD 3DMAX PS AI SU

5. Be familiar with engineering design standards and requirements, and have a certain understanding of the regulations of relevant industries in the country;

7. Proactive, enthusiastic, high efficiency and rigorous attitude;

8. Have good understanding and communication skills, strong organizational coordination, teamwork ability and ability to solve problems;

9. Diligent and practical, with good work ethic, strong sense of responsibility and dedication, rigorous and stable, capable of withstanding great work pressure.

10. Foreign nationality, 25-40 years old.
