Responsibility 岗位职责:

1. 检查每一个合同的价格、销售政策、交货日期、交货期、付款方式、逾期付款确保按照公司销售监管和政策执行；

Check price, sales policy, delivery date, delivery term, payment term and overdue payment of every contract in order to ensure no item fall short of company sales regulation and policy implementation.

2. 负责给生产或者库房部门发送ERP系统（SAP）订单；与其他相关部门的沟通和协调。根据要求的交货日期向客户发货，最大限度地提高客户满意度；

Issue ERP system order to production dept. or stock; deliver goods to customer according to requested delivery date and to maximize customer satisfaction.

3. 在ERP系统（SAP）中处理订单，建立和更新客户档案，及时准确地维护所有相关功能项目，以确保合同顺利进行；

Process order in ERP system, set up and update customer file, maintenance all related function items exactly and timely in order to conduct contract smoothly.

4. 制定销售报告，统计分析客户和产品的销售和管理，以满足销售和市场需求；

Make sales report and statistic about customer and product for sales and management in order to meet sales and marketing demands.

5. 负责与其他相关部门沟通和反馈，以确保合同的执行，解决合同中的相关问题。

Communicate and feedback with all other related depts. in order to implement contract exactly and to resolve all relevant problems about contract.

Requirements 任职要求:

1. 本科学历或同等学历及以上

Bachelor Degree or equivalent

2. 至少五（5）年相关经验

At least five (5) years related experience

3. 熟练使用微软办公软件（Word，Excel和PowerPoint）

Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

4. 熟练操作办公设备

Familiarity with and ability to operate office equipment

5. 具备ERP系统相关知识并熟悉SAP系统

Knowledge of ERP and SAP system

6. 良好的英文阅读和沟通能力

Good English level to read and communicate.

7. 有出口业务经验者优先

Export business experience is preferred.
