岗位职责：

1、全面负责财务部的日常管理工作；

2、组织制定财务方面管理制度及有关规定，并监督执行；

3、制定、维护、改进公司财务管理程序和政策，制定年度、季度财务计划；

4、负责编制及组织实施财务预算报告，月、季、年度财务报告；

5、负责公司资金、资产管理工作，参与公司融资业务；

6、负责协调各渠道关系，包括银行，工商，税务，统计，审计等部门，维护公司利益；

7、完成领导交办的其他工作。

任职要求：

1、财务类本科以上学历，中级会计师以上职称，注册会计师优先考虑；

2、5年以上财务主管工作经验；

3、熟悉会计、审计、税务、财务管理等相关法律法规及企业财务制度和流程；

4、出色的财务分析、融资和资金管理能力，精通公司内部财务核算和控制体系；

5、具备出色的沟通能力和应变能力，能独立思考，坚持原则，善于协调各方面关系；

6、良好的职业道德，敬业、稳重、富有开拓精神，能承受较大工作压力。

7、有集团化管控经验优先，有融资经验优先。
