We are looking for a Junior Project Manager (m/f) to execute challenging automotive projects for our clients in Beijing.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Developing project schedules and planning their implementation

2. Monitoring project progress ensuring budgetary and scheduling targets are being met

3. Communicating tasks and timings within the project team

4. Interfacing with clients regarding budgetary and scheduling issues;

5. Organizing both internal and external meetings and approval sessions

6. Maintaining documentation files and controlling lists.

Qualifications:

1. Degree in economics, digital media or equivalent education, relevant Work experience is a plus

2. Distinctive client, service and team orientation

3. Quick perception and strong sense of responsibility

4. Ability to work in a structured and calm manner, even within tight schedules and under high pressure

5. Skilled in negotiation and coordination

6. Knowledge of MS Office

7. Previous CGI knowledge is a plus

8. Chinese only, Fluent in spoken and written English, German is a plus
