Plus Communications, an expanding business arm under the PICO Group is looking for the below candidates to join its Beijing office team.

• Position I : Brand and marketing focused

• Position II: PR and media focused

The primary role of the above position is to lead and manage client accounts with an emphasis on retaining and expanding current business.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Set creative and strategic counsel and oversight on all account assignments including management and review of key client deliverables

• Develop strategic communication programs; conduct presentations and be able to sell ideas to clients

• Understand clients’ business goals, markets, competitions and risks; proactively identify any challenges and tailor appropriate solutions to enhance client relationship and expand business

• Proactively address any issues of dissatisfaction, where appropriate initiate programs that help drive client satisfaction

• Create and support opportunities for new business

Job requirements

• Minimum of 6-8 years solid experience in servicing clients in strategy development and overseeing execution in an account director and above level

• Ability to think creatively and evidence of success in developing brands and delivering them to market.

• Possess knowledge in the operations and trends across different marketing disciplines including but not limited to Integrated Marketing, PR, digital, interactive solutions etc.

• Candidates with an established network of contacts within the industry including media or other key stakeholders will be considered favourably

• Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor junior members of colleagues to achieve team success

• Experience in serving both international and local clients

• Prior working experience in a brand or PR agency preferred

• Good understanding of the social media landscape

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking Mandarin and English

• Position based out of Beijing; occasional travel required

职位描述：

1. 独立撰写创造性策略方案，有效进行客户管理，包括对重点客户方案的管理和审查；

2. 制定品牌传播、市场推广、公关活动等项目及全案方案，主导方案沟通及为客户提供高质量提案；

3. 充分了解客户的业务目标、行业市场、竞争对手及潜在风险；根据客户需求制定合适的全案方案，维护与客户的良好关系并扩展业务；

4. 能够积极主动的推进项目并发现执行中存在的问题，提出合理化的解决方案，提高客户满意度；

5. 维护公司现有的客户关系，保持积极有效的沟通，不断挖掘新的业务合作机会。

岗位职责：

1. 6-8年品牌管理或广告媒体行业从业经验，为客户提供战略发展及服务；担任同等或以上职位，对该领域发展有深刻理解；

2. 具有创造性的思考能力并具备成功开发及管理品牌的经验；

3. 具备不同市场领域运作方面的知识，包括但不限于整合营销、公关、数字营销、互动营销等；

4. 具有广泛的社会关系和客户资源的优先考虑，包括但不限于媒体或其他相关的社会关系；

5. 优秀的领导才能，具备独立进行团队建设和管理的能力，对团队成员进行市场培训及专业指导，带领团队共同完成目标及挑战；

6. 具备为国内外客户服务的经验；

7. 对互动营销及数字媒体高度敏感；

8. 具有知名品牌策划公司或公关公司工作经验者优先；

9. 出色的中英文听说读写能力；

10. 工作地点主要在北京，能适应出差。
