职位描述

工作职责:

1,和区域内的销售团队紧密合作提出解决方案并解决客户问题。向客户介绍QAD的实施方法并使得客户相信QAD的项目实施能力。项目实施前期对客户需求进行调研,并和客户讨论项目实施的条件和进度计划。(30%)

2,维护客户关系,解决项目实施过程中的问题,取得客户信任。必要时充当实施顾问,对客户提供实施服务,以达到规定的考核要求。(30%)

3,与实施团队的管理层及顾问紧密合作,以及时得到最匹配的资源参与项目实施,同时对项目的时间进度、验收成果、成本等因素进行把控,以提高客户满意度。(25%)

4,与管理层讨论,以改进项目实施的制度、流程和方法。(10%)

5,其他可能被安排的工作。(5%)


任职资格:

  • 必须有QAD产品及项目经验
  • 8年以上ERP实施维护经验,至少2年ERP项目管理经验
  • 对项目管理的知识、方法有所掌握,有PMP证书者优先
  • 能够处理单个及多个跨国家跨地域的大中型项目
  • 熟悉企业生产、营销、财务等管理流程
  • 良好的时间管理能力,及分析能力,能适应在压力下工作
  • 能够编制执行培训课程
  • 良好的人际交往能力和团队合作能力
  • 出色的沟通、组织能力和演讲能力
Responsibilities:
1, Work closely with the regional sales organization to position solutions and services as part of the sales cycle with prospective and existing clients. Activities include presentations of QAD services capabilities and specific services solutions to clients, workshops and discovery sessions to determine client requirements, development and presentation of proposals to clients and negotiation of terms and conditions.(30%)
2, Maintain relationships and communication with the client install base within the region. Ensure clients view QAD services as a trusted advisor and provider of choice. Develop new and continuing business within client install base. Work as an application consultant as necesary to meet the utilization target.(30%)
3, Work with the service management team to identify appropriate resources for accepted services engagements.
Monitor services engagements within the region to ensure that the projects are on schedule, and on budget, and that client satisfaction is maintained.(25%)
4, Working with the services management team, identify, create, recommend and implement the China services policies, procedures, methodologies and practices.(10%)
5, Other duties as assigned.(5%)


Qualifications:
QAD MFG/PRO experience is required
8+ years experience in ERP consulting, which at least 2 years in Project Management level
Knowledge in Project Management and Methodology. PMP certificate is highly prefered.
Experience to handle sigle or multi-site projects in medium to large-sized sites / locations
Familiar with Manufacturing, Distribution and/or Financial business processes
Good time management. Good analytical skills & capable of work under pressure
Experience in conducting training classes
Excellent interpersonal skills to work as team member
Excellent communications, presentation, organizational and planning skills
